2. Site coordination: Anwar has experienced and efficient team members who make designing and construction an easy task
3. Scheduling of work: never have I seen a more professional person than Anwar.
Customer review: one area where Anwar can improve is regarding his personal visits to the site. He can spot mistakes and immediately give alternate suggestions. Frequent site visits will go a long way in realising his dream projects exactly as he envisions it.
We are repeat users of the āArchitectural Servicesā of Anwar. His designs are highly worthy. Though some of our projects are much challengingā¦he would arrive at the best design always. And those designs are all highly acceptable to our choice / taste / expectations. He is also good at making comfortable and usable interiors and also good at arriving at outstanding elevations. His team had co-ordinated the day-to-day supervision of Site in a reasonably better manner. And the delivery of drawings and workings are more or less on time. With their experience they plan the work flow per week and their scheduling is fine.
I really like your approach, planning and ideas. Its was really awesome the way you plan space management sir. But all these come in-to scene during implementation where you need a concentration i feel. As far as my point of view, you need to improve a bit on site handling. The staffs who handle should also look in a same way you want it to be done.
